In scope of our project INNO2MARE we are also working on building innovation and entrepreneurial skills among different ecosystem actors. Last week, partners STEP RI and BSC Kranj jointly organized a workshop Transformation of products into services, that introduced participants with the topic of servitization. Participating entrepreneurs familiarized with the process of improving their offer with additional services and learned how to use tools like Customer journey map.
