As INNO2MARE enters the final phase of its four-year journey, we invite stakeholders from research, industry and policy to join the opening panel of SuTra 2026 – International Conference on Sustainable Transport in Opatija on 5 November 2026.
“Where do we sail from here? Funding maritime research and innovation in the EU’s next financial period” will explore how the upcoming FP10 programme and the new European Competitiveness Fund will shape the future of maritime research, innovation and investment across Europe. Bringing together leading representatives from academia, policy, industry and innovation ecosystems, the discussion will address how Adriatic regions can transform successful projects into lasting impact and prepare for new opportunities from 2028 onwards.
The panel also marks the conclusion of the INNO2MARE project, which has spent the past four years strengthening maritime innovation ecosystems in Croatia, Slovenia and Belgium.
