As part of the Inno2mare project, we successfully launched a free Bootcamp IT training program aimed at empowering individuals with practical digital skills and opening new career opportunities in the IT sector.
In mid-December 2025, an introductory meeting and program presentation were held for 30 applicants. Following the selection process, 20 motivated participants were chosen to join the program and signed cooperation agreements. The group consists primarily of unemployed individuals, alongside several students eager to develop their technical competencies.
The training officially began on January 19, 2026, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana. Through daily lectures and hands-on workshops, participants are gaining essential knowledge and real-world experience in information technologies.
The intensive curriculum focuses on practical skills in Python programming, databases, data structures and algorithms, web development, and the business aspects of IT. To complete the program, participants will work on project-based assignments that simulate real industry challenges. Upon successful completion, they will receive the title of Junior Developer.
The core mission of the Bootcamp IT is to prepare participants for entry-level positions in the IT industry and to support their transition into the digital workforce, whether as employees or independent professionals.
