The INNO2MARE project is pleased to announce the release of its second factsheet, providing a comprehensive overview of the project’s progress, achieved milestones, and key activities supporting the development of green, digital, and smart maritime ecosystems.
Factsheet #2 summarises the main results of the current implementation phase and highlights advances in the cross-border joint research and innovation strategy, the implementation of pilot R&I projects, and actions aimed at strengthening maritime innovation ecosystems in Slovenia and Croatia.
The factsheet places special emphasis on:
the development and validation of R&I pilot projects, including applications of virtual reality, digital twins, artificial intelligence, and autonomous shipping technologies,
the preparation of an action and investment plan supporting long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the maritime sector,
stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer, skills development, and active citizen involvement,
enhanced cross-border collaboration and the positioning of INNO2MARE within the wider Excellence Hub community.
In addition, the publication showcases achievements in dissemination and communication, scientific publications, training programmes, entrepreneurship support, and events dedicated to the popularisation of research and innovation in the maritime domain.
